A little bit delirious. 😂 The char siew and roast pork combo is brilliant really. They just complement each other so well. First sweet, then more savory, then repeat. The fatty bits just melt and the acidity and spice from the chili just kicks it to the next level. 😮💨

That's not kicap manis which is Indonesian sweet soy sauce. It should be the sauce from their roasting of char siew - char siew sauce. Remember never put the cutleries directly on the food tray, not clean. That is sliced chili with soy sauce. Not a "chili sauce". It is a very common condiment. We usually just pick the chili to eat instead of pouring the entire soy sauce into the soup as it may be too salty. Hor fun is a Cantonese dish. It is found in Singapore/Malaysia/Hong Kong/Guangdong. You can find the wet or dry stir fry kind.
